Online booking, video visit from home, anywhere in Texas. Your provider reviews symptoms, history, and goals.
2. Labs, drawn locally
Your provider orders the panel. You get drawn at a lab near you.
3. Results and protocol
A second video visit to go through your numbers. If treatment is appropriate, you and your provider choose a delivery method: oral, sublingual, injectable, or topical.
4. Medication ships
Forge partners with trusted compounding pharmacies. Medication is paid directly to the pharmacy.
5. Ongoing care
Follow-up labs on schedule, adjustments as needed, and messaging through the secure patient portal.
